Our new patient experience is designed to help us understand your goals and give you a clear plan to move forward and achieve them.

What to Expect from Your First Visit

When you schedule, we’ll ask a few quick questions to understand what’s going on. You’ll receive a secure link by text and email to complete your forms online; no printing, no need for a clipboard in the waiting room.

You can wear whatever you’d like. Just bring your license and insurance card (if you’re using one). Kids are always welcome, too. We care for many pregnant moms, so yes, your toddler can absolutely tag along.

Your First Two Visits: What’s Included?

Our $90 new patient special (Normally $220) covers both your first and second visits. You’ll never feel pressured and always know what to expect before you begin care. Here’s how it works:

Day One (no longer than 45 minutes):

  • One-on-one consultation with the doctor
  • Gentle hands-on exam
  • Nervo-Scope® scan
  • Digital X-rays (if needed)
Day Two (no longer than 30 minutes):

  • Review of findings, X-rays, and history
  • Personalized recommendations
  • Transparent pricing and payment options

Payment Plans and Insurance Accepted

We work with most major insurance plans and are in-network with several popular carriers including Horizon BlueCross BlueShield NJ, United Heathcare, Aetna, and Medicare. Not sure what’s covered? We’ll check your benefits and walk you through everything before your first adjustment, so there are no surprises. For patients without coverage, we offer fair, flexible in-house payment plans. We also accept HSA/FSA, cash, checks, and all major credit cards to make care easy and accessible.
